How do we decide on our categories? We spend many hours studying the top searched for keywords and keyword phrases. Once we gather this information we are able to more exactly predict what the majority of web surfers are going to be searching for. Supplied with this knowledge, we begin to search for the best possible web sites to meet your interests and needs.

Zoinkies! takes the time to visit a majority of the sites in each category and eliminates the the sites that do not contain the best possible information, have bad site design, are loaded with pop ups or have no original content.



What's in this for us? There are several things in this venture for us. One, is our love of the Internet and the desire to create a portal that is visited by millions and considered a great resource of Internet knowledge. Second, is a way for us to earn an extra income on the side. We do not and will not allow pop up ads on our site, although some sites we are linked to may have them. We do not discriminate on our top site picks. Some may be affiliate sites while many more probably are not. We want to bring you the best and that's what we intend to do. The name you say? Where did we come up with the name? Zoinkies comes from a special blend of the words Zoinks and Jinkies made famous by Velma and Shaggy of the cartoon Scooby Doo. We scrunched the words together, twisted them and came up with our own unique word. Zoinkies! is exclaimed when one discovers something new and unexpected, much like finding this web site. Feel free to use the word any time you'd like, we won't mind.
